Not getting our emails?
To make the most of your subscription to GoYuB.net, you must be able to receive our updates, new deals and important messages concerning your coupons.
ISP often provide users with effective anti-spam filters: those filters keep junk mail from saturating inboxes. However, it sometimes happens that harmless emails end in the Junk folder as well. This can keep you from reading important messages from GoYuB.net.
Updating your personal information:
Here is what you can do to make sure you receive all of GoYuB's messages.
- Following the instructions below, add our email addresses to your Internet Service Provider's "Address Book" or "White List".
- Contact our Customer Service to make sure you have been added to our mailing list.
- Don't forget to triple-check the email address you provided in your account information.
You must add our email addresses (mail@goyub.net and info@goyub.net) to your Address Book. Here's how:
- Click on "Address Book" in your Outlook menu.
- Click on "New", then on "Group". A new box should appear.
- Type "GoYuB" (without the quotation marks) in the "Group Name" and "Display Name" fields, then type mail@goyub.net or info@goyub.net in the "Email" field.
- Click on OK.
- Open your Hotmail inbox.
- In the Main Menu, click on "Options", then on "Junk E-Mail Protection", then on "Safe List".
- Add mail@goyub.net and/or info@goyub.net to the list.
- If you see a message from GoYuB in the Spam folder, open it and click on "Not Spam". This kind of problem shouldn't happen again.
- Open your Yahoo! Mail inbox.
- Click on "Options".
- Click on "Filters".
- Click on "Add Filter".
- Make sure that "Contains" is selected in the "Sender" context menu.
- Click in the text field next to the context menu, then type GoYuB's email address.
- Spot "Move to Folder" and select "Inbox" in the drop-down menu.Click on "Add Filter" again.
- If you see a message from GoYuB in the Spam folder, open it and click on "Not Spam". This kind of problem shouldn't happen again.
- Open your AOL inbox.
- Click on "Spam Filter".
- 9.0 version: Open the last email you received from us.
- Click on "Add address" to add us to your "People I know" list.
- You can also send us an email (using the addresses mail@goyub.net or info@goyub.net) to add us automatically to your "People I know" list. Here's how:
- Open an email you received from us.
- Click on Reply (upper right side).
- A new window will open with the wrong email address in the "To:" field.
- Replace it with one of GoYuB's addresses (mail@goyub.net for instance).
- Click on "Send now" (upper right side).
- Even if we don't get your message, we will be added to your "People I know" list.
In order to receive emails from GoYuB in your Wanadoo inbox, you will have to add us to your address book.
- To do so, follow those instructions:
- Open your Wanadoo inbox.
- Open an email from GoYuB (double-click on the message to open it in a new window).
- Right-click on GoYuB's address, then click on "Add to Address Book".
- Sign into your Gmail account.
- Click the "Contacts" tab.
- Click the "Add Contact" tab.
- Type "GoYuB" in the "Name" field (without the quotation marks).
- Type "mail@goyub.net", "info@goyub.net" or any other one of GoYuB's email addresses in the "Email" field (without the quotation marks).
- Click on "Save".
